Please be advised that we are not responsible for weather conditions, mechanical problems, trip delays (# of days)river conditions etc., during your trip. Time is looked at differently in developing countries and your patience would be greatly appreciated. Should we run into problems along the river, our “No Refund” policy will hold through. For much of the duration of these trips you will be without basic services, especially while camping or spending the night with an indigenous family. Please note that will always have clean drinking water for you during your trip. Please be sure you have personal medications with you, should you require these.
HEALTH AND FITNESS REQUIREMENTS
Clients are responsible to ensure that they are in good health for their chosen tour. It is important that a client with any medical problem makes them known to us before departure, including allergies. Our tour leader/guide reserves the right to ask any client to withdraw from a tour, if he or she believes that the client is incapable to do the tour or that the client’s continued participation will adversely affect that client or the accompanying clients. No refund is paid in these circumstances.
Our tours may take place in remote areas where there is little or no access to normal medical services or hospital facilities. Where necessary, evacuation may be difficult and expensive. These expenses are the responsibility of the client.
Amazon Wildlife Adventures reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to departure should we deem necessary, in which case, participants will be given a full refund. Should you decide to shorten the length of your trip due to bad weather, sickness, etc, please be advised that there is no refund.
Our company cannot assume responsibility for missed international flights in the event your return to Coca or any destination is delayed. Expect the unexpected!!!
TERMS AND CONDITIONS METHODS OF PAYMENT FOR AMAZON WILDLIFE TOURS
The following will permit our clients to familiarize themselves with our company payment policy and conditions which apply to all of our travel destinies.. When the client agrees to our tour, they also agree to the terms and conditions written here. Please be advised that prices may change in relation to the number of days and/or number of people during your tour. Once both parties agree to the terms of the tour and price, we will proceed with our payment options.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
Option 1: We accept payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express through Paypal with payment buttons or invoice to be found in your link created for you
Option 2: Bank Wire Order transfer through our Bank of America account located in the United States of America. The Bank Fee is $10.00 to 15.00 US. The total commission is $20.00 to 30.00 U.S. Bank account data
Option 3: Bank Wire Order transfer through our “Banco Internacional” account, located in South America Ecuador the Bank Fee is $10.00 to 15.00 US. The total commission is $20.00 to 30.00 U.S. Bank account data
DEPOSITS.- We require 50% down payment should the client decide to reserve a trip in advance. The remainder of the trip may be paid by credit card or bank transfer. This must be completed 30 days before the trip begins. Should the client prefer to pay by cash, the final balance may be paid upon arrival in Coca.
100% REIMBURSEMENT - 100% Reimbursement will be issued provided our clients request this 5 days before the trip initiates.
50% REIMBURSEMENT - 50% Reimbursement will be issued provided our clients request this 3 days or less before the trip initiates.
00% REIMBURSEMENT -our "Not Refund" carried out through policy, begun the journey of the money it is not refundable
